Several Subsidiaries of SEMCORP Group Recognized as "Green Factories"

Recently, SEMCORP Hubei, SEMCORP Chongqing, and Chongqing Energy Newmi, under the umbrella of SEMCORP Group, were recognized as "Green Factories" for their outstanding performance in green manufacturing, energy conservation, emission reduction, and resource recycling. This honor not only affirms the green manufacturing capabilities of SEMCORP Group's subsidiaries, but also demonstrates the company's firm commitment to continuously promoting green and low-carbon development.

The "Green Factory" designation aims to identify factories that have achieved comprehensive green practices in product quality, process technology, resource consumption, and environmental protection. It serves as an important milestone of a company's dedication to green and low-carbon development philosophy. The recognition of these three subsidiaries embodies the substantial progress SEMCORP has made in green manufacturing and sustainable development, as well as the high level of approval it has received from the government and society in areas such as environmental management, energy utilization, and eco-design.

 SEMCORP has always actively responded to the national "Dual Carbon" strategy, embedding green concepts throughout its production and operations.
