To implement the Group's digital transformation strategy for energy management and build a digital energy management system, SEMCORP's energy management system recently went live for trial operation. The first phase covers the Group headquarters and the Wuxi base, empowering the Group's overall energy coordination and green, sustainable development through digital means.

The blueprint of this energy management project can be summarized into five core elements: "one platform, three-tier architecture, six functional domains, pilot verification, and full-scale rollout." Throughout its construction, the project has adhered to planning-led, step-by-step implementation, advancing steadily through rigorous scheme evaluation, pilot refinement, and iterative optimization. The system is jointly led by the Equipment Engineering Center and the Information Technology Center, breaking down data silos between IT and OT business systems to achieve automated collection and real-time monitoring of energy consumption data across all scenarios, comprehensively enhancing the company's refined energy management capabilities.

The system is equipped with multiple core capabilities, including an energy cockpit, dual-carbon reports, unit consumption management, an alarm center, mobile applications, and DingTalk integration, covering the full process of energy consumption data analysis, energy anomaly monitoring, and energy performance management. Leveraging the digital platform, management personnel can intuitively grasp energy consumption dynamics, respond quickly to energy anomalies, and continuously optimize energy costs; energy consumption indicators are visualized and controlled at multiple levels, supporting performance assessment and data-driven energy decision-making, laying a solid data foundation for the company's "dual carbon" management.

At the business level, the system is deeply aligned with the Group's core production and operation scenarios, focusing on energy control needs in the production process, connecting the entire chain of energy consumption management, enabling agile response to energy anomalies, and continuously exploring space for energy saving and carbon reduction. At the management level, the project simultaneously promotes energy-saving and carbon-reduction awareness across all employees, consolidates standardized energy control processes, and embeds energy-saving concepts into daily production management.

The digitalization of energy management is a vital part of SEMCORP's efforts to advance intelligent manufacturing and practice green, low-carbon development. From pilot verification to full implementation, the Group will promote the system's rollout across its various bases step by step, continuously strengthening its digital energy management system.

Looking ahead, SEMCORP will further deepen the integration of digitalization with green production, drive energy efficiency through data, and steadily advance its carbon reduction goals while ensuring stable production operations -- empowering the company's sustainable development through digital transformation.
