SEMCORP Announcement on Change of Company Name

Respected Clients, Partners, and Relevant Parties, 

We sincerely thank you for your long-standing attention and strong support to our company. In line with the development strategy of adapting to the group-oriented operation of our business segments, our company has completed the registration of its name change. The former company name, “Yunnan Energy New Materials Co., Ltd.,” has been officially changed to “Yunnan Energy New Materials (Group) Co., Ltd.” This change has taken effect from January 6, 2026.

This change of company name does not alter the legal entity status of the company, and its independent legal person status remains unchanged. All business conducted under the former name “Yunnan Energy New Materials Co., Ltd.,” including various contracts/agreements signed, rights to receivables, and obligations to debts, will be lawfully assumed and succeeded to by the renamed “Yunnan Energy New Materials (Group) Co., Ltd.” All existing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents remain valid, with no impact on the relevant rights and obligations.

This name change marks a significant milestone in SEMCORP’s development journey. Upholding our vision of “striving to become a world-leading materials research and manufacturing enterprise,” Taking this renaming as a new starting point, we will continue to deepen our group-based operations, enhance our research, development, and production capabilities, and provide our partners and society with higher-quality and more innovative products and services.
